Herbert Windell Sumner, aka “Buddy” 80, of Kissimee, Florida passed away on November 02, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on August 29, 1939 in Dublin, Georgia. Mr. Sumner is preceded in death by his wife Alice Corbin Sumner, son Hector Ben-Judah; grandchild Tiffany Ben-Judah; brother Dallas (Hoss) Sumner. He is survived by his children Michael (Peggy) D. Ben-Judah, Vista Parisoe (Randy) McSkulin, Windell Dale Sumner, Shehva (Bob) Kier, Rachel Hazel, Honarary Daughter Hemda (Ronnie) Mercer; siblings Frances (Patsy) Louise Teuton, David Sumner, Phillip Sumner, and Phyllis Sumner (Gary) Melton. Grandchildren Jennifer Dockery, Joshua (Jessica) Parisoe, Christina Hamilton, Ahren Ben-Judah, Joel Parisoe, Allison (Nick) Brown, Leah (Paul) Toto, Jonathan (Alisha) Payton, Daniel (Allison) Hughes, Teddy Ben-Judah, Brittany, Melissa Ragan, Micah Norberg, Alecia, Courtney (Jeffery) McSkulin Thomas, Chris Ben-Judah, and Andrea McSkulin; Great-Grandchildren FaithAnn, Zena Marie, Madison, Charles, Aubrey, Clarissa, Heather, Madison, Kaden, Jaida, Hunter, Anna, Keira, Rhiannon, Faith, Maiya, Sierrah, Joey, Nova, Lincoln, Reegan, Norah, Mia, Jacob, Holden, Brayleighann, Aydon, and Jackson; Great Great grandchildren Ryleigh, Bristol, Zarrabelle, Jaxxon, Weston and Payton.
