Mr. Cruz worked for the Orange County as a Civil Engineer. He is survived by his loving wife Profilda Cruz; children Yamil Cruz, Eric Cruz; grandchildren Juliette Cruz, Stephanie Cruz, Eric N. Cruz. He will be missed by his many loved ones and friends.
