Mrs. Green was born on June 29, 1949 in Norfolk, Virginia. She is survived by her loving husband Kris Green; children Scott Sturgess and Mark Livingston; grandchildren Spencer Sturgess, Nathan Sturgess, and Lucy Sturgess; as well as sister Shirley Grubb. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.
